Welcome to the Under 11 Girls page

The girls will train on Friday evenings on the Green from 6pm to 7pm commencing Friday 25 April 2025.

This U11 age group, made up of girls aged between 8 and 10 years old, is the entry point for girls cricket at Wisborough Green. Throughout the season we will focus on coaching for the fundamentals of batting, fielding and bowling whilst having lots of fun being active and enjoying game play with friends. 

The U11 girls coach is Sarah Meurer who is an ECB foundation cricket coach and head of women and girls cricket at Wisborough Green.

We will be working towards our annual Women and Girls Tournament on Sunday 13 July where the U11 girls will play several games between 9am and 1pm. We are also hoping to arrange some friendly games for the girls during the season. Some girls may also wish to play for the Under 10 and under 11 mixed gender age groups or the under 12 mixed gender age group.
